Specialist - Change Management OverviewWe are seeking a Specialist - Change Management to join our Work Dynamics Technologies (WDT) Operations Team. This role is a key member of our WDT Operations Center of Excellence, supporting WDT Operations Leadership, and partnering with product management, matrixed operations leaders, and cross-functional business stakeholders to drive operational quality within the organization. This role combines operational excellence and attention to detail to optimize our Work Dynamics technology portfolio and deliver exceptional business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Specialist - Change Management for JLL, you will be a key contributor to operational excellence through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional support. This role focuses on translating complex operational data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making across our Work Dynamics technology portfolio. High-level themes of this role include:Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze operational metrics, performance data, and business trends to provide insights that inform strategic and tactical decisionsProcess Optimization - Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and develop solutions to streamline operations and improve operational qualityPerformance Monitoring - Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks to ensure consistent service quality and identify areas for improvementProject Coordination - Support operational initiatives through project tracking, resource planning, and stakeholder communicationQuality Assurance - Develop and maintain operational standards, procedures, and quality control measuresTechnology Utilization - Leverage business intelligence tools and operational systems to enhance data visibility and process automationA day in the life of this role includes:Maintain and update operational procedures, ensuring documentation reflects current processes and best practicesExtract and analyze operational data from multiple systems to create performance reportsPartner with Finance and Financial Operations to support data aggregation and analysis of budgets and actual expensesDevelop and maintain organization knowledge bases and collaboration spacesPrepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior leadership on operational performance and strategic initiativesReview and validate data integrity in operational systems, identifying and resolving discrepanciesAssist with deep-dive analysis on operational trends, usage patterns, and performance to identify improvement opportunitiesParticipate in cross-functional project meetings, providing data-driven recommendations and tracking project milestonesCollaborate with product teams to analyze user behavior data and provide insights on feature adoption and platform optimizationSupport vendor management activities by analyzing service provider performance and contract complianceQualificationsA bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred3+ years of relevant/professional experience related requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel is preferredCommercial real estate industry knowledge is preferredStrong stakeholder attention with ability to align multiple teams around common initiativesPossess strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities to drive effectiveness and realize outcomes Location: On-site –Gurugram, HRScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
