Specialist - Change Management OverviewWe are seeking a Specialist - Change Management to join our Work Dynamics Technologies (WDT) Operations Team. This role is a key member of our WDT Operations Center of Excellence, supporting WDT Operations Leadership, and partnering with product management, matrixed operations leaders, and cross-functional business stakeholders to drive operational quality within the organization. This role combines operational excellence and attention to detail to optimize our Work Dynamics technology portfolio and deliver exceptional business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Specialist - Change Management for JLL, you will be a key contributor to operational excellence through data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional support. This role focuses on translating complex operational data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making across our Work Dynamics technology portfolio. High-level themes of this role include: Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze operational metrics, performance data, and business trends to provide insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions

Process Optimization - Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and develop solutions to streamline operations and improve operational quality

Performance Monitoring - Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks to ensure consistent service quality and identify areas for improvement

Project Coordination - Support operational initiatives through project tracking, resource planning, and stakeholder communication

Quality Assurance - Develop and maintain operational standards, procedures, and quality control measures

Technology Utilization - Leverage business intelligence tools and operational systems to enhance data visibility and process automation

A day in the life of this role includes: Maintain and update operational procedures, ensuring documentation reflects current processes and best practices

Extract and analyze operational data from multiple systems to create performance reports

Partner with Finance and Financial Operations to support data aggregation and analysis of budgets and actual expenses

Develop and maintain organization knowledge bases and collaboration spaces

Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior leadership on operational performance and strategic initiatives

Review and validate data integrity in operational systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies

Assist with deep-dive analysis on operational trends, usage patterns, and performance to identify improvement opportunities

Participate in cross-functional project meetings, providing data-driven recommendations and tracking project milestones

Collaborate with product teams to analyze user behavior data and provide insights on feature adoption and platform optimization

Support vendor management activities by analyzing service provider performance and contract compliance

QualificationsA bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred

3+ years of relevant/professional experience related required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred

Commercial real estate industry knowledge is preferred

Strong stakeholder attention with ability to align multiple teams around common initiatives

Possess strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities to drive effectiveness and realize outcomes
