Key Responsibilities:

∙ Execute Change Strategies: implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to organizational needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation goals.

∙ Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership Alignment: Identify, engage, and align key stakeholders and leadership to build sponsorship, drive buy-in, and sustain momentum for change initiatives.

∙ Impact Analysis and Readiness Assessment: Conduct change impact analyses, readiness surveys, and risk assessments to understand how changes affect people, processes, and systems, and to proactively address barriers to adoption.

∙ Communication and Training: Develop and deliver clear, targeted communication plans and training programs to educate, inform, and empower employees throughout the change journey.

∙ Champion change through leadership messaging, equipping managers to deliver consistent and confident communications.

∙ Segment and tailor communication for different employee groups to address specific concerns and drive targeted adoption.

∙ Enable two-way dialogue through feedback channels, open forums, and surveys to gather insights and improve change outcomes.

∙ Drive awareness and engagement with internal campaigns, success stories, and recognition programs.

∙ Support change champions and networks to cascade updates and foster adoption at every level.

∙ Monitor and report adoption metrics, sharing regular updates and dashboards with leadership.

Experience & Skills:

∙ ∙ Relevant Experience: 5–8 years in change management, transformation, or program governance roles, ideally in global, complex, cross-functional environments.

∙ Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, and diverse stakeholders.

∙ Change Delivery: Experience designing and implementing change strategies, managing change plans, and driving adoption across multiple workstreams.

∙ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to create clear updates, training materials, and success stories for varied audiences.

∙ Problem Solving & Adaptability: Strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.

∙ Technical & Process Knowledge: Familiarity with change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, MS Office), process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and basic content management (Teams/SharePoint).

∙ Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure.

∙ Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue.
