Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Manager in the Change & Transformation team. The core responsibilities will include:

§Lead senior stakeholders, sponsors, SMEs, and project teams to deliver transformation initiatives, driving business change for optimized benefits.

§Develop business cases and plans to validate solution value and benefit realization.

§Ensure alignment with success criteria and governance standards.

§Document target policies, procedures, and practices per KPMG standards.

§Design and facilitate workshops on policy, requirements, processes, and operating models.

§Maintain project plans and artefacts in coordination with the PMO.

§Chair Steering Committees and Working Groups.

§Provide regular updates and escalate risks, issues, and decisions to Audit Executives and Head of Change.

§Communicate progress and activities effectively across stakeholders.

§Collaborate with Technology SMEs to ensure strategic, operationally sound solutions.

§Coordinate User Acceptance Testing aligned with the test strategy.

§Oversee transition of deliverables into BAU.

§Manage and mentor project team members, fostering growth and career development.

Educational qualifications


•MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent professional programme and/or project management qualification.

Work experience

§Total Experience: The candidate must have 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm/professional service firm/third-party KPO and/or international clients Skillset

Mandatory technical & functional skills

Mandatory Skills:

§P
rofessional project experience in leading the implementation of end-to-end business transformation projects - and their associated teams - within large and complex organizations using different project management methodologies.

§Experience of working within a systematic project environment, e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, Agile and/or Lean project methodology.

§Experience with the complex nature of projects, the inability to predict outcomes with 100% accuracy and the requirement to monitor and adjust plans as the project unfolds to deliver successful outcomes and benefits.

Preferred technical & functional skills

§Target Operating Model design and implementation.

§Experience supporting the delivery of quality improvement initiatives.

§Experience leading the design and implementation of specialist service centre (onshore or offshore).

§Experience of designing, leading and facilitating process design workshops.

§IT literate with strong knowledge and experience of MS Office tools (MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
