Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for actively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our client base. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual looking to advance their career in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, target companies, and industry trends.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, networking).
  • Qualify leads and assess their needs, pain points, and potential fit for our products/services.
  • Schedule and conduct initial meetings or presentations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager or Sales team to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and their value proposition.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge in IOT and Telematics industry and products
  • Understanding on ECM (Electronic Contract Manufacturing) is preferred
  • Understanding on the OEM, Tier 1 &2 supplier from market like USA, Europe, Japan etc
