As we continue to grow, we are looking for dynamic professionals who are passionate about weddings and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Role & Responsibilities
Venue Booking & Deal Finalization:
Identify, shortlist, and coordinate bookings with wedding venues—especially in Goa [West India]. Schedule client site visits, negotiate rates and packages with venue managers, and ensure smooth and timely venue confirmations.
Event Management:
Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver seamless event experiences.
Vendor Sourcing & Coordination:
Build and maintain a reliable network of vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainers. Negotiate contracts, finalize services, and ensure vendor performance aligns with expectations.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for clients—understand their vision, handle queries, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process.
Telecalling & Lead Conversion:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, explain services, generate interest, schedule meetings, and follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of experience in event planning, vendor management, telecalling, or client servicing.
Candidate must be from Goa or nearby regions, or have strong local knowledge of the Goa event and venue landscape.
Fluency in Konkani is mandatory, with strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals with vendors and venues.
Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for the wedding industry.
Experience in the wedding or destination wedding industry is a plus.
Prior telecalling, sales, or business development experience preferred.
