Senior Project Coordinator - Events

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to oversee the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to integrate innovative technology into event setups.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects, including venue selection, setup, set design, LED screens, branding materials, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored set and venue designs.
  • Maintain a database of vendors for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
  • Coordinate with hotels and venues to manage bookings, room arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference.
  • Bring creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to event setups, ensuring engaging and innovative designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest event technologies and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
