Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory frameworks, and organizational policies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, site teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with design and visualization software, as well as project management tools and techniques.
