Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • We seek an accomplished project manager to oversee all aspects of our projects.
  • The successful candidate will lead planning sessions, coordinate staff, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while overseeing project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress, adapt work as needed, and optimize processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is essential for this role.
  • At least 8-11 years of experience in project management is required.
  • Fluency in German language is mandatory; the ideal candidate should be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is necessary.
  • Experience in managing medium to large-sized projects from initiation to closure is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results is essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities are highly valued.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently is a must.
