Project Coordination Specialist

As a seasoned project coordination specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects.

This includes collaborating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting project progress and budget to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Preparing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
  • Hiring, supervising, and coordinating with subcontractors and workers to ensure all tasks are handled efficiently.
  • Developing budgets and ensuring financial prudence throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 10-20 years of experience in project management or coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on project management or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
