About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support large-scale ERP programs, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

This role requires proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across global time zones.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
Favorable Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
