Project Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a vital link between developers, project stakeholders, and users, you will document requirements and detailed technical specifications.

Your responsibilities will include shepherding projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document incoming project requests related to the public website into detailed requirements and/or specifications
  • Review requirements with stakeholders and developers to gain consensus before development starts
  • Manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects
  • Collaborate with Enterprise teams on projects that require integration between systems
  • Present project deliverables to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Related university degree or college diploma required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones due to significant collaboration with international stakeholders
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience
  • Strong organization and English communication skills
  • Data driven and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira is preferred
