Position Summary :

This position is responsible to handle all the secretarial/admin activities to the Managing Director

and also assist him in his work whenever required.

Supervision Received and Exercised:

Receives general supervision from the Managing Director.

Principal Accountability

To provided full secretarial support to the Director.

Responsible to handle all the incoming correspondence.

To organise and coordinate for all the meeting and appointments.

Responsible for managing the daily Calendar and updating the same with the Director.

To screen phone calls, enquiries, requests and handling them.

Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and manage travel schedules/travel itineraries for both Domestic and

International for the Director.

Responsible to handle all the travel desk activities for all employees.(Domestic & International)

Responsible for maintaining all the required files and documents related to the Director's work.

Acting as a bridge for smooth communication between the M.D's office and internal departments.

Responsible for effective coordination with internal departments in collecting/collating MIS reports/meeting

reports,minutes of the meetings, other correspondence between the departments and the Director's Office.

Responsible for handling projects and other assignments instructed by the Director.

Responsible for maintaining confidentiality in all the spheres of work in the Director's office.
