Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented social media & Accounts Associate to manage our company's online presence and assist with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset for digital marketing and a strong grasp of basic accounting principles. This dual-role position plays a vital part in enhancing brand visibility while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Social Media Management

Develop, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Create engaging posts related to ongoing projects, construction updates, and company achievements.

Coordinate with site and project teams to gather photos, videos, and updates.

Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media.

Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.

Manage online advertising campaigns and boost posts as required.

B. Accounts & Administration

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / Excel .

Maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.

Support in preparing monthly financial summaries and expense reports.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment follow-ups and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any stream

Strictly no Engineering graduates

Basic Knowledge of Tally / Excel

Understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
