Jr Merchandise

Job Summary:

Assist the merchandising team in handling product development, sampling, order follow-up, and coordination with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely execution of orders as per quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in product development and sampling processes.
• Coordinate with buyers for product details, approvals, and feedback.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors for trims, fabrics, and accessories.
• Follow up on order status, production progress, and shipment schedules.
• Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing sheets, and tracking reports.
• Assist in ensuring product quality, specifications, and delivery timelines are met.
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and files related to orders, correspondence, and approvals.
• Support merchandising team in day-to-day operational activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
• Team player with attention to detail.
