Role & responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, course enrollments, and tracking completion records.
• Assist in the development and distribution of training materials and resources.
• Provide support to trainers and learners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to learning programs
• Monitor attendance and participation, generating reports on training metrics and compliance
• Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications and development activities
• Vendor coordination and management
Qualification
• 12 years of experience in L&D, HR operations, or administrative support.
• Bachelors degree (Any Stream)
• Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data
• Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills
• Strong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customers
• Ability to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountability
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (e.g. SAP SF)
