Job Title: Sales Coordinator - IT
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator (IT) - supports the IT sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales data. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations, timely delivery of Cyber Security solutions, and enhanced customer satisfaction within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales teams by preparing proposals, presentations, and quotes tailored to our solutions.
- Coordinate and manage daily sales activities related to IT Cyber Security products and services.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic issues.
- Process sales orders accurately to ensure timely delivery and service implementation.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and sales data.
- Schedule product demos, technical presentations, and client meetings.
- Support lead generation efforts and follow up on sales prospects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and IT industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination within the IT industry or technology sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical teams and clients.
- Basic understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with IT sales cycles, enterprise technology solutions, and vendor management.
- Experience in preparing technical sales documentation and managing RFP responses.
- Knowledge of software licensing, cloud services, or cybersecurity solutions.
