We are hiring for Sales Coordinator for USA Client (Night Shift Job) - Work from Home ONLY

Salary Budget - 5 LPA Yearly CTC

Location - Sector 34, Gurugram

Job Role - On Direct Company Payroll

Job Profile - Work from Home Only

Job Timings - Work in USA shift hours (5 PM 2 AM IST)

Job Description -

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team for the USA region.
  • Coordinate with clients over email and phone to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and resolve queries.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely execution of sales orders.
  • Monitor CRM system for lead tracking, data accuracy, and timely updates.
  • Support the sales team with market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering for the USA market.
  • Handle documentation and compliance requirements related to sales.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • virtual meetings and coordinate occasional in-person reviews at the Gurgaon Head Office.
