The Executive Assistant Manager Warehouse Logistics will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and strict adherence to compliance, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in warehouse management, logistics, and regulatory compliance to support organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict adherence to warehouse procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate dispatch activities to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including finished goods receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory accounting.
  • Handle pre-shipment documentation and oversee import/export logistics processes.
  • Monitor and manage container loading activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, customs regulations, and state excise requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor warehouse operational SOPs and best practices.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation for warehouse processes.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse team to meet performance targets and resolve operational challenges.
  • Enforce discipline and promote a culture of accountability among warehouse staff.
  • Uphold Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards across warehouse operations.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and customer-specific standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production, HR, Engineering, Purchase, Commercial, IT) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–15 years of proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse SOPs, GST, customs, excise, and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and EHS standards.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
