Technical Support Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional technical assistance to users while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions in clear and simple language
- Document issues, solutions, and interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team when required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and support tools
- Ensure excellent service quality and meet performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic to advanced knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Customer service–oriented attitude with a professional approach
- Previous technical support or customer support experience is a plus
