The
Lead - Talent Acquisition
Specialist will be a key member of the Management Team, providing strategic recruitment leadership and ongoing support to Operations while driving the growth and development of teams across all geographical locations. In this senior role, you will work closely with the Executive and Management teams to build and maintain best-in-class HR and recruitment processes.

You will champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring strong connections across distributed teams and fostering an environment where all staff have the psychological safety, tools, training, and resources required to deliver high-quality work. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our employer brand and scaling our workforce efficiently and sustainably.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced engineering, technical, or high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in engineering and technical hiring, including high-volume, project-based, or campaign-based recruitment.
  • Deep expertise in sourcing strategies for various platform.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Highly proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to quickly learn new recruiting tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms.

Necessary Requirement

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment across all phases, with leadership or senior-level hiring responsibilities.
  • MBA in Human Resource Management strongly preferred, a degree in Engineering is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and time management skills.
