Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajasthan, India, for a Sales Staff. The Sales Staff will be responsible for conducting sales activities, reaching out to potential clients, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, presenting financial products to customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Staff will also be responsible for maintaining records of sales activities and reporting to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in financial services or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Rajasthan
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
