Position: Product R&D Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept and lab trials to pilot production and handover to operations.
  • Drive innovation in nano-materials, corrosion inhibitors, and polymer coatings.
  • Develop and enhance formulations for concrete technology and paint/coating applications.
  • Monitor global trends in specialty chemicals and transform them into commercially viable products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • B.E. (Civil/Polymer/Chemical) or B.Sc. (Chemistry) with M.E./M.Tech (Chemical Technology) or M.Sc. (Chemistry/Polymer Science).
  • PhD preferred for advanced R&D leadership

Experience:

  • 1015 years in product development, R&D leadership, or materials innovation.
  • Proven track record in nanotechnology, coatings, and specialty chemical products.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of corrosion science, nano-additives, and polymer chemistry.
  • Ability to take products from lab concept to commercial market.
