Our expertise spans Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, and Corrosion testing of Metals, Rubber, and Plastics, with expanded capabilities in Electrical and Asbestos testing. With state-of-the-art machinery and strategic locations in Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Kolhapur, we ensure accessibility and convenience for diverse testing needs.

Role Description

Supervise and manage day-to-day testing of polymers, plastics, and rubber materials.

Perform and guide
hands-on testing
using UTM, MFI Tester, Hardness Tester, Impact Tester, etc.

Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL accreditation, and industry standards (ASTM, ISO, BIS).

Prepare and review technical reports, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.

Train and guide team members on testing procedures and equipment usage.

Coordinate with clients for technical queries and result interpretation.

Support development of new test methods and facilities.

Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry / Polymer Science) OR B.E. / B.Tech. (Polymer / Plastics / Chemical Engineering).

Experience:
6–10 years in polymer / plastic / rubber testing with
strong hands-on laboratory experience
.

Practical exposure to ISO, ASTM, BIS standards and NABL/ISO 17025 audits.
