We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources function. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll, and HR policies while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in handling end-to-end HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Design and drive employee engagement, training, and retention programs.
  • Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage appraisal systems.
  • Support management in strategic HR planning and workforce development.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports as per compliance requirements.
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive work environment.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HR software tools (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.
  • Female candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹61,427.55 per month
