  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls during night hours.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain professionalism and positive communication with international clients.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Sales Executive (Night Shift) – Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C international sales preferred.
  • Confident handling of night shift operations and client calls.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Target-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
