Position: Inside Sales Specialist - IT Sales & Solutions Sales
Experience: 3 years with minimum 1-1.5 years in IT Hardware Product sales and IT Services Sales.
Location :Full-Time work from office, Monday – Friday 9:30 AM-6:30 PM. There is no Hybrid model for this position.
Looking for only Female candidates based out in Gurugram.
Position Overview :
Our organization seeks an accomplished Inside Sales Representative to expand our Information Technology Infrastructure Services & Solutions division. This role focuses on creating a new pipeline of IT Hardware Sales and IT Hardware Services.
Essential Responsibilities
Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and lead follow-up
Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure for assigned accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication Create professional quotes and proposals for IT solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update and maintain sales activities in CRM system
Coordinate with vendors for pricing and technical specifications
Work closely with pre-sales team for solution design .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in IT/Computer Science/Business)
3 years' experience with minimum 1.5 years in IT Sales (hardware/software, services)
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho) shall be preferred
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
