Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of KAMs/ESOs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team
success.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
