Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and versatile Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO in day-
to-day personal and professional activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive,
organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling both office and personal responsibilities
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Assist the CEO in scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Maintain calendars, handle correspondence, and prepare daily task reminders.
- Organize files, documents, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Draft and format official letters, quotations, and reports when required.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the CEO.
Technical & Computer Assistance
Support in computer formatting, software installation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Help with network setup, printer connections, and other IT-related support.
Maintain digital records, organize folders, and ensure smooth operation of systems.
Office & Home Assistance
Handle purchasing of office supplies, groceries, and other household essentials.
- Manage courier dispatch, logistics, and deliveries.
Oversee minor repairs and maintenance tasks in office and home.
Mobility & Outdoor Tasks
Should know driving (2-wheeler mandatory; 4-wheeler preferred).
- Assist in running errands, making payments, or visiting offices/shops as directed.
Travel with the CEO for official meetings, business trips, or property visits if required.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage and monitor maintenance of office equipment and cleanliness.
- Support in coordinating homestay operations (if applicable).
- Handle personal tasks like organizing documents, booking appointments, or arranging
travel tickets.
- Assist in small event arrangements, such as staff gatherings or client meetings.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any degree or diploma.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
- Basic computer and networking knowledge.
- Willingness to handle multi-tasking roles with flexibility.
- Honest, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- MS Office or Google Workspace familiarity.
- Basic accounting or expense tracking knowledge.
- Time management and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and readiness to learn.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
