Business Development Executive

Brilyant is hiring We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Bangalore. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth for all Software Products & Services by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This role combines research, outreach, and relationship-building to expand Brilyant's customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to research, identify, and engage with decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings or product demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead and pipeline information
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns
- Understand client requirements and align them with Brilyant???s solutions
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
- Able to demo the software product on google meet ,zoom etc.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software/IT sector.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase software solutions.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized software solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and result orientation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software is a plus.
