Through Jigya Recruitment Solutions, we help our Corporate Clients in resourcing requirements for New Age Skills and help them in the resourcing and recruitment with Role Based Testing and Interview as a Service. The Apprentice will be part of the Jigya Recruitment Solutions Team.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tech Recruiter to support Jigya's recruitment services business. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for technical roles across levels (from engineers to leadership positions) for our portfolio of clients in technology and digital-first sectors.

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing sourcing strategies, assessing candidate capabilities, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Coordination:
    Work closely with client stakeholders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities and timelines.
  • Job Posting & Outreach:
    Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms and communities.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    Identify and engage talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referral networks and direct outreach.
  • Screening & Assessment:
    Conduct initial evaluations and administer technical assessments
  • Shortlisting & Presentation:
    Curate and share qualified candidates with structured notes and relevant assessment data.
  • Interview Coordination:
    Liaise between clients and candidates to schedule interviews and track progress.
  • Pipeline & Process Management:
    Maintain recruitment trackers, ensure timely feedback loops and follow-up communication.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience
    , with at least
    2 years focused on tech hiring
    .
  • Proven ability to
    manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles
    (Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, QA, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    assessment tools
    , sourcing tools and job boards.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — comfortable interacting directly with hiring managers.
  • Structured, data-driven approach to candidate evaluation and process tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously while maintaining turnaround times.
