Your Impact:

  • Work with your colleagues in systems, assessment, analytics, talent attraction, and talent planning to level up your broader skills and knowledge base
  • Source and interview candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, and internal database, etc.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience for all candidates, whether hired or not.
  • Must be able to nurture passive candidates and build with an eye for both now and the future
  • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and close offers
  • Contribute to the generation of lead lists and recruiting campaigns.
  • Reach-out: Typically, you will reach out to good 15-20 prospective candidates in a day.

You may be a fit if you have:

  • Experience working with hiring teams as business partners.
  • 3-10 years of experience as a recruiter owning end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment, a high role volume SaaS company, or agency hiring for companies.
  • Experience hiring across multiple business functions, including executive and technical (Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, IT) roles.
  • A track record of setting and achieving recruiting goals in an efficient and effective manner.
  • The aspiration to be innovative and bringing productive ideas which would contribute to the team's success.
