Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various startup clients
  • Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, and databases
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Meet hiring targets and deadlines

Requirements

  • Prior experience hiring for startup companies is mandatory
  • Should not currently be working and must be ready to restart their career
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good understanding of various sourcing techniques
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with recruitment tools
