Exun Biocell is a leader in the innovative specialty chemicals sector, collaborating with global partners to develop solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Our product portfolio spans across paper, textile, detergents, water treatement and other industries, designed to reduce costs, improve operational effectiveness, and replace traditional chemicals with high-performing alternatives.

We have a new leadership from IIT-IIMs building a scalable distribution model for commodity chemical sales. It is a startup incubated within the broader company scaling at 50% every month. We are looking to hire our first external employee for this vertical.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities will include consulting with clients, offering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Ongoing collaboration with internal teams to align product offerings with client requirements is also essential.

Qualifications

  • Doesn't take rejection personally
  • Ability to chat up strangers
  • Projects confidence to effectively engage with clients and address concerns.
  • Strong sense of agency and urgency, is able to figure out the way to goals defined.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly beneficial.
  • Past experience in Sales is a big Plus
