Sales Consultant Residential Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Residential Sales
About the Role:
Be part of our founding sales team You will handle qualified leads, conduct meetings and site visits, and close deals for premium residential projects across Bangalore.
We are looking for high energy, result oriented professionals who combine great service with strong closing ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert organic inbound leads through calls, meetings, and followups.
- Conduct site visits and guide clients through their property buying journey.
- Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads and sales performance.
- Coordinate with developers for seamless service.
- Achieve sales targets through consultative and ethical selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, process alignment, and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct in-person meetings to drive closures and strengthen client relationships.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ambitious, energetic, and target driven.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore residential real estate market is a plus.
