We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to provide expert advice, promote products/services, and drive sales by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions. The Sales Consultant will play a key role in achieving revenue targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve issues professionally.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
