Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their property needs, providing expert recommendations, and assisting in the buying, selling, and leasing processes. The role also includes ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, maintaining clear communication with clients, and developing long-term relationships to build trust and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting skills to effectively guide clients through their property transactions.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to build trust and ensure a positive client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to actively listen, understand client needs, and convey information clearly.
- Proven Consulting skills to provide informed property solutions and strategic advice.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build client-focused relationships.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic understanding of property regulations is a plus.
