About the Role
Are you passionate about premium jewellery luxury experiences and building strong customer relationships We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales in a premium retail environment
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk in and digital leads understand customer needs and recommend jewellery pieces that match their style and preference
- Drive sales through personalized consultations follow ups and strong product knowledge
- Handle customer queries orders and service related concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring premium customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide feedback to enhance store offerings and customer engagement
What We are Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer support jewellery retail hospitality or ecommerce preferred
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Customer first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
