Role OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious Marketing/Trading Executive with extensive expertise in Indian agricultural and renewable energy markets, specializing in Bamboo and Crop Residue-based biomass products (pellets, charcoal, chips, briquettes, and powder). The candidate will be fully supported with financial resources, administrative assistance, and strategic guidance, enabling them to build and run their own profit center/business hub. Role offers a performance-driven package with significant earning potential— To start with INR 500,000 per month and beyond—along with the opportunity to run a profit center/Business Hub and participate in a Share Option Plan. Location: Open for most states across India to establish and develop trading and merchanting desks.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket ExpansionIdentify and develop new market opportunities for biomass products across domestic (Bharat/India) and international markets (EU, UK, USA).

Utilize your existing networks and industry relationships to rapidly expand distribution channels. Supply Chain & ProcurementCollaborate closely with farmers, small pellet plant operators, and regional suppliers to source high-quality biomass products competitively. Oversee logistics and manage inventory efficiently to meet both domestic and international demand.

Stakeholder EngagementEstablish and nurture strong relationships with local governments, agricultural agencies, and mandis to facilitate seamless procurement. Negotiate advantageous contracts and manage vendor partnerships for timely and efficient deliveries. Sales & Relationship ManagementProactively generate and convert leads in the industrial and commercial biomass energy sectors.

Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and recurring business opportunities. Market Research & AnalysisContinuously monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare comprehensive performance reports detailing sales achievements, market penetration, and opportunities for growth.

Profit Center LeadershipOperate autonomously as the head of your profit center/business hub, overseeing strategic operations and profitability. Leverage company funding effectively to scale trading activities, maximize revenue, and enhance market presence. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years' proven experience in marketing, trading, or supply chain management, particularly with biomass products. Established networks with farmers, pellet plant operators, and local mandis in India. Existing international contacts and knowledge of export regulations for the European, UK, and US markets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively to develop market opportunities. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, with a passion for sustainable and environmentally friendly business practices.

Preferred Candidate ProfileFamiliarity with government incentives and agricultural protocols in India. Expertise in domestic and international logistics of biomass products. Proven capability in scaling businesses profitably through efficient and strategic trading operations.
