  • Managing the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and placing new employees.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation training.
  • Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development.
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
