Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Training Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Training Manager will design, implement, and manage training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of employees. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, planning educational programs, delivering training sessions, and monitoring their effectiveness. The role requires collaboration with departmental heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals and tracking staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong training program development skills, including instructional design and facilitation
  • Ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and utilize data for improvements
  • Collaboration and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in an on-site environment and adapting to evolving business needs
  • Relevant experience in training, employee development, or similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
