A Corporate Product & Process Training Manager specializes in training employees on the company's products/services and internal operational processes. They work with product and operations teams to design, develop, and deliver training programs (including e-learning) for new launches and ongoing updates. Their goal is to ensure employees, from sales to customer service, have the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively, ultimately improving customer experience and operational efficiency. This role requires strong skills in instructional design, communication, and a deep understanding of the business's offerings and workflows.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Product Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex products, technologies, and services.
  • Process Understanding: Strong analytical skills to deconstruct and understand complex business processes.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate technical and operational information clearly.
  • Instructional Design: Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Dynamic Facilitation: Engaging and effective facilitator capable of training diverse groups. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying training gaps and developing effective solutions. Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience with video editing software or graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy of product and process information
