Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Training Manager. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, conducting skill assessments, and providing coaching and mentoring to staff. Daily tasks will include designing training materials, organizing training sessions, evaluating training outcomes, and ensuring continuous improvement in training programs. The Training Manager will also collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and foster a culture of learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Strong skills in conducting skill assessments and performance evaluations
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and identify training needs
  • Experience in the hospitality or leisure industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
