For additional information, visit us at Job Description:Senior Training Manager - Trust & Safety Business - HyderabadRoleTraining and development manager should devise plans and approach aligned to organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that delivers successful business outcomes. Works across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the Account. Have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education. Include enhancing employees' skills, performance, productivity and quality of work͏DOIdentifying and assessing future and current training needsDrawing an overall or individualized training approachDeploying a different variety of training methods for specified needs and outcomesIdentify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managersConduct effective induction and orientation sessionsMonitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on themManage training budgetProvide opportunities for ongoing developmentResolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessaryMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices͏͏͏Mandatory Skills: Training .Experience: >10 YEARS .Reinvent your world.
