Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Training Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Zonal Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to upskill service professionals in various categories. The role involves monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives, assessing and enhancing service quality, and ensuring consistent compliance with company standards. The candidate will also work closely with operational teams to address skill gaps, drive quality improvements, and align training content with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training Development, Instructional Design, and Program Delivery
  • Proficiency in Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Develop, Implement, and Scale Training Frameworks
  • Understanding of Service Standards and Customer-Centric Approaches
  • Familiarity with Technology-Driven Learning Tools and Platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in managing training programs in the service or FMCG sector is advantageous
