About the Role

Travaya Holidays is looking for passionate, people-oriented
Freelance Tour Managers
to lead and manage our group tours from start to finish.

You will be the face of Travaya Holidays during each trip, ensuring our guests have a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

This is a
freelance / project-based
opportunity – ideal for experienced travel professionals, hospitality experts, or enthusiastic travelers who enjoy managing people and travel logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage
    all on-ground services
    during the tour (source and destination).
  • Manage guest check-ins at airports, hotels, and attractions.
  • Set guest expectations, communicate daily schedules, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the tour.
  • Work closely with local tour guides, drivers, hotel teams, restaurants, and transport vendors.
  • Handle guest queries, resolve minor issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the Travaya Holidays back-office team for real-time support.
  • Organize entertainment, group activities, and evening events as needed.
  • Maintain reports on daily operations and feedback post-tour.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    2–3 years
    experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service roles.
  • Prior experience managing
    group tours
    (international) preferred.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. ( Kannada, English & Hindi)
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Energetic, approachable, and able to manage diverse guest groups.
  • Available for travel on project assignments (5–15 days typically).

Compensation

  • Project-based payment
    per tour (based on duration, destination & responsibilities).
  • Daily allowance for meals and incidentals (if not included in the package).
  • Travel, stay, and transfers covered by Travaya Holidays.
  • Performance-based bonus for exceptional guest feedback.
