About the Role :-

We are seeking a Tour Executive (Destination Specialist) to plan, organize, and manage inbound travel services for individuals, groups, and corporate clients visiting the UAE. The role involves designing customized itineraries, managing bookings, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring an exceptional travel experience for all clients.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about the travel and tourism industry, with the ability to handle end-to-end tour operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Tour Planning & Itinerary Development

  • Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and timelines.
  • Create comprehensive tour packages including sightseeing, accommodation, transportation, meals, and activities.
  • Suggest attractions, landmarks, and cultural experiences that showcase the UAE's best tourism offerings.

2. Booking & Coordination

  • Manage reservations for hotels, transportation, desert safaris, dhow cruises, and other travel experiences.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and ensure quality service with local vendors and suppliers.
  • Arrange meet-and-greet services at airports and coordinate guest transfers.

3. Client Communication & Support

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide pre-arrival guidance, destination information, and personalized support.
  • Offer on-ground assistance during clients' stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

4. Operations & Execution

  • Ensure all bookings are confirmed and services are executed as per itinerary.
  • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with drivers, guides, and hotel partners to maintain seamless tour operations.
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and updates.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client records, invoices, vouchers, and confirmations.
  • Track tour costs, payments, and profit margins efficiently.
  • Generate and submit regular operational and performance reports to management.

6. Quality Assurance & Customer Feedback

  • Conduct post-tour feedback surveys to evaluate customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any service-related complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and UAE tourism regulations.

Candidate Requirements :-

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) – preferably in Travel, Tourism, or Business Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with UAE market, destinations, and attractions is an added advantage.

Skills & Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong abilities in email drafting, reporting, and client correspondence.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational capability.

Languages

  • English: Fluent (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Hindi: Preferred; additional regional languages are an advantage.
