About Us:

Vacation Planner is a growing tours & travel company specializing in domestic & international group tours and customized itineraries. We are looking for an experienced Tour Operations Executive to strengthen our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & operate domestic and international tour packages (Group & FIT).
  • Manage bookings for hotels, flights, transport & sightseeing.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers & DMCs for smooth operations.
  • Prepare customized itineraries, quotations & travel documents.
  • Assist clients with pre-departure briefings and resolve travel-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / undergraduate
  • 2–5 years' experience in tour operations with a travel agency.
  • Good knowledge of destinations, visas, and travel processes.
  • Strong communication, coordination & negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & reservation systems.
