About the Role :-

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QTM (Quick Tour Management) Supervisor to lead and manage our QTM team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing team operations, ensuring lead conversions, achieving business targets, and maintaining high standards of performance and customer service.

The QTM Supervisor will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, optimizing team productivity, and ensuring that all business opportunities handled by the team are effectively converted.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and motivate the QTM team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily team activities to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
  • Lead Conversion: Manage incoming leads efficiently and ensure the team maintains the minimum conversion target consistently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and ensure effective follow-up to convert them into revenue.
  • Target Achievement: Take responsibility for meeting the income and turnover targets set by management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Lead Allocation & TAT Management: Ensure fair and efficient allocation of daily leads among team members and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) standards for timely response and closure.
  • Reporting: Prepare and share periodic performance and conversion reports with higher management.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Operations, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless client handling and service delivery.

Candidate Requirements :-

  • Education: Graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or team supervision (preferably in travel, hospitality, or service-based industries).
