About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience in managing IT projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work on mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and updates.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding project status and requirements.
  • Support senior project managers in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in IT project coordination or management.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of basic technical concepts (web, mobile apps, cloud, databases).
  • Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in IT service or software development companies.
